Milkshake’s music assembly, Music with Milkshake, is an interactive and inspiring performance that encourages children to “be a part of the band” and join in the music-making. Children participate through body movement and voice. Creative expression is encouraged with every song, as young children interpret different styles of music and respond to singing games, which introduce beat, tempo, and rhythm.

Lisa is a Teaching Artist with the Wolf Trap Institute for Early Learning Through the Arts. This unique residency program finds Lisa working with teachers inside the classroom, sharing arts strategies that enhance the curriculum learning through a musical and arts dimension. Besides pre-k and Kindergarten grades, Lisa is also trained to work with itty bitty ones from babies through three years old via Wolf Trap's Baby ArtsPlay program.
